Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may need services.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to arrive without prior notice (no show), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Late Arrival policy

Your appointment time is your scheduled start time. Clients are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation so the service may begin promptly.
If a client arrives late, every effort will be made to accommodate the remaining time of the session. However, the full duration of the service cannot be guaranteed if you arrive late or exactly at your scheduled start time.
If your appointment begins late due to tardiness and the session must be shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled client, the full service fee will still apply.
This policy helps maintain an efficient and respectful schedule for all clients. One late appointment can disrupt the entire day and affect the experience of others. Punctuality ensures fairness, consistency, and positive experience for everyone.
This policy also applies to mobile massage appointments. For mobile services, I arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for setup so your session may begin on time.
